What changed this month
This month was about moving from prototype energy into a repeatable product loop. We talked to founders, support leads, and product teams who all had some version of the same problem: feedback was everywhere, but decisions still relied on memory.
We shipped cleaner import flows, a first pass at triage, and better category handling. We also removed a few features that looked good in demos but did not survive real weekly use.
The biggest lesson is that teams do not need another analytics layer before they trust the raw material. They need a faster way to see what customers are actually asking for and why it matters.
Next we are focusing on collaboration: sharing a theme, leaving context for a teammate, and turning a cluster of comments into a product decision.
