One hour, every Friday
Our most useful internal habit has been a one-hour feedback review at the end of each week. We look at what users said, where we misunderstood them, and which requests came from real repeated pain.
The rule is that every theme needs evidence. A loud comment is not enough. A clever idea from us is not enough either. We look for repeated language, repeated workarounds, and places where users already spend time.
That rhythm has kept us from overbuilding. It has also made the product feel more grounded because the next thing we ship usually has a real person attached to it.
Fiidbakk is slowly becoming the tool we wished we had for running that ritual without a messy chain of screenshots and notes.
