A link is only useful if the context travels with it
Teams often share a single quote in Slack when they want to make a point. The quote helps, but it can also flatten the story. One customer’s sentence becomes a proxy for a larger pattern.
We are building sharing around themes instead. A teammate should be able to open a link, see the summary, inspect the source comments, and understand why the theme exists.
This is especially important for small teams, where product decisions move quickly and context can disappear in a day. Good sharing should make the next decision easier, not just make a prettier artifact.
The first version will support private share links for internal review, with permissions and customer-facing summaries coming later.
