Suggestions should lower the cost of looking
AI is useful in Fiidbakk when it helps a team look at more customer evidence with less fatigue. It is less useful when it turns messy human feedback into confident but context-free statements.
Our current principle is that AI suggestions should be easy to inspect, easy to edit, and easy to reject. A summary that cannot show its source comments is not good enough for product decisions.
We are starting with theme suggestions, duplicate detection, and wording cleanup. Each feature is designed to keep the human reviewer in control while removing repetitive sorting work.
The long-term goal is not automatic prioritization. It is better judgment, backed by clearer evidence.
