Roadmaps are trust tools

We added a public roadmap because customers kept asking what we were thinking about next. The goal is not to promise every feature. The goal is to make our direction legible.

Items move forward when we see repeated customer evidence, clear workflow impact, and a path to shipping something small enough to learn from. That last part matters more than it sounds.

A visible roadmap also gives users a better way to disagree with us. If something looks wrong, missing, or premature, we want to hear that before we spend a month building it.

We expect the roadmap to stay opinionated, imperfect, and useful. That is a better target than complete.
