Payment changed the quality of feedback
The first paid teams gave us sharper feedback than any demo ever could. They were not evaluating the idea anymore. They were trying to make Fiidbakk fit into a week that was already too full.
That changed our priorities. Setup speed, reliability, and small workflow edges became more important than clever analysis screens. A tool that is almost right still costs too much attention.
We also learned that teams want to show progress from feedback back to customers. Closing the loop is not just a product-management phrase. It is part of making users feel heard.
Our next releases are focused on making that loop visible without adding ceremony.
