The best roadmap notes are often already written
In almost every early team we talk to, the support inbox knows something the roadmap does not. It knows the exact words customers use when they are stuck, confused, or unexpectedly delighted.
The hard part is that support history is not written for planning. It is written for helping one person at a time. That makes it rich, but noisy.
Fiidbakk exists because we think those conversations deserve a better path into product work. Not every support message should become a feature request, but many of them should become evidence.
When support, product, and founders review the same feedback together, the roadmap gets less abstract very quickly.
